The clock resets if you enter the room after you already got your daily bonus for the day. The daily bonus that gives you tokens is bugged out.Don't panic! Just close the game and open it again and you should be able to get back to your character. If you accidentally sign out and try to get back in, it might ask you to create another character instead of taking you to your existing character. You can only have one character (but if you download BlueStacks and the game on multiple computers, you could technically have multiple heroes). Once you create a character, remember not to sign out.
So you cannot play the same account on multiple devices and if something happens to that device, all your game data will be lost. Because it's a guest account, your game data is not saved to a server anywhere but is tied to your device.
